Job Description: Short term consultant.
My neighbor has put solar panels on her roof that for an hour each day for part of the year reflect the sun directly down into my home. I need a professional who is familiar with glare to give me an objective, quantitative assessment of the situation, such as a Unified Glare Rating, working either from their measurements or mine. Furthermore, I need to have this assessment put into context by referring to the literature to describe the average person's reaction to such glare.
