Jonathan Plumpton, Erik Crowell, Rob Nixdorf of WSP
Levi's Stadium Santa Clara, CA
$30.00 per attendee
IMPORTANT UPDATE: THOUGH WE ARE CURRENTLY SOLD OUT, PLEASE SIGNUP ON THE WAITING LIST. WE ARE NEGOTIATING FOR A SECOND TOUR.
Join us for an evening tour of Levi’s Stadium, new home of the San Francisco Forty Niners and the venue for Superbowl 50 in 2016. Levi’s is the utmost in stadium technology. We, of course, have crafted this tour to focus on the lighting within this impressive facility.
Much of the lighting was designed by the San Francisco team of the WSP Group. WSP is one of the world's leading engineering, design, and environmental consultancies. WSP is working to improve lives through transformation of the built environment and restoration of the natural environment. The WSP Lighting Design team leader, Jonathan Plumpton, along with Erik Crowell, Rob Nixdorf and a Levi’s Stadium representative, will be our tour guides. They will provide valuable tips and insight on the project during the course of our tour.
Registration closes on February 5. Tour is limited to fifty participants. NO WALK-UPS. Advance payments only.
Be at the gathering point, Intel Gate A, by 5:45PM. Tour begins at 6:00PM and should end by 7:30PM. RAIN DOES NOT CANCEL OUR TOUR.
NO food or beverage will be allowed on the tour and none will be provided by the IES prior to or following the tour. However, Bourbon Steak & Pub, located within the stadium, will be open pre and post tour for those with thirst or hunger.
Parking (Park in Red Lot 1)
We strongly recommend carpooling as the best mode of transportation.
See you at the ballpark.
